BEFORE YOU START

• Charge the battery packs indoors ahead of the first snowfall of the season.
• In cold weather keep spare packs at room temperature; cold packs can reduce runtime and may affect start-up.
• For deep or wet snow, clear in layers — take the top layer first, then work down — to help prevent clogging.
• After each use, switch off, remove the battery pack, clear residual snow from the housing and chute, and store the unit and packs in a dry place.
